Exchange and return
Return and exchange rules:
- Return or exchange of goods is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
- The return or exchange of goods is carried out through the Nova Poshta delivery service. All costs associated with this are borne by the buyer, except in cases where a significant defect (defect) is detected in the goods.
- If a significant defect (defect) is discovered within 14 days of receipt, we are ready to accept the product for repair, exchange or refund.
Return/exchange procedure:
- To arrange a return or exchange, contact us on Instagram Direct @nadra.concept for advice or additional information.
- The costs of shipping the goods are borne by the buyer.
- Return of goods sent outside the territory of Ukraine is not possible.
Requirements for returned goods:
-The buyer must ensure that no more than 13 days have passed since the receipt of the goods.
The product must not be used and must retain its retail condition.
-Pack the product securely and carefully to avoid possible damage in transit.
-If you fail to comply with these rules, we will not be able to accept your product for exchange or return.
-Please make sure your product meets all requirements before contacting us for a return or exchange.
Refund:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds are made to the buyer's bank card. The time it takes for funds to arrive on the account may depend on the bank's policy.
